It has been said among Hip-Hop fans that Chef 187 blew up because of his verse on Macky 2’s Slapdee diss song.Well, in this interview with Chali on Titandala The Podcast, the rapper agrees, though he says only to some extent.
The People’s Favourite rapper also revealed that he had written the verse for the song way before Macky 2 officially had beef with Slapdee.
According to Chef 187, this was at a time when almost all rappers had battle lyrics written in advance for every rapper doing well in readiness for rivalry or beef.
The rapper also revealed that sometimes it takes him months to years to finish writing a single song.
